The cookies are back! Try these sweet and salty delights today.

Day Ten – Salted Butterscotch Cookies

2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon table salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
12 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted and cooled slightly
1 ½ cups dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 – 2 cups butterscotch chips
Original Sea Salt

Notes: I left the dough covered in my fridge for 48+ hours and these cookies were ultra moist and chewy. YUM!
