Healthy Chia Pudding Recipe

This is such an easy and delicious recipe, featuring Old Salt Merchants Wild Blueberry Sugar and is perfect for the whole family to make.  Look for the most in-season fruit to top your healthy chia pudding.

  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oat milk or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Salt Merchant Wild Blueberry Sugar OR Cinnamon Sugar, honey or other sweetener 
  • Top with fruit (goldenberries, strawberries, blackberries) and granola. Mint is a nice touch as well!


  1. Pour all ingredients into a jar and mix well. Let settle for 2-3 minutes then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
  2. Cover the jar and store in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  3. When you're ready to eat it, top with your favorite fruit and/or granola and enjoy cold!
