Hibiscus Paloma Recipe

As a cocktail or mocktail, this delicious Hibiscus Paloma will become your weekend highball.  It's our favorite because it's floral, tart and refreshing.  We juice fresh grapefruit and lime.  The hibiscus syrup (recipe below) is super easy and is what gives it depth and this beautiful color!.   We hope you try it out this weekend!   

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 grapefruit wedge
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Hibiscus Simple Syrup
  • 2 ounces Patron tequila (skip if you're doing a mocktail)
  • 1/4 cup club soda
  • Hibiscus, Cyprus, or black lava salt for rim
