Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or pre-baked pizza crust
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp Old Salt Merchants Mediterranean Blend
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh arugula or basil to garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
