  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 cup Spearmint
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Salt Merchants Matcha Tea Salt
  • 1/4 cup brewed OSM Green Equator Tea
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon Whiskey
  • 2 tbsp Organic Blonde Cane Sugar


  1. Add matcha powder into a bowl and slowly stir in a tablespoon of water until a smooth paste is formed. Set aside.
  2. Place the mint leaves and sugar into a jar. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, mash until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add in lemon juice, tea, bourbon, and the matcha paste. Stir well and strain using a fine mesh sieve. Be sure to press on the mint to extract extra flavor.
  3. Rim glasses using Old Salt Merchants Matcha Tea Salt. Fill with ice and then add in the strained mixture. Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint leaves. Cheers!
